We would like to draw your attention to a new funding opportunity which could help reduce your fuel bills. Colchester Borough Council is making you aware of a scheme that is being provided by Aran Services Ltd who will offer to local residents free* or heavily discounted loft and/or cavity wall insulation that will help to lower your fuel bills. 

Help for funding loft and cavity wall insulation is based on the type of home you live in and where you live. This is also one of the easiest and effective methods to improve the comfort of your home and reduce fuel bills. Installation of loft and cavity wall insulation can save on average up to £360* a year on your heating bills. There are a range of offers on making homes more energy efficient such as accessing up to 100%* funding to help insulate rooms in roofs and attics. Aran Services Ltd is offering to provide a free home energy assessment to identify specific energy saving improvements to help save you money, and make your home more comfortable. The assessment is a grant funding requirement and data protection is strictly observed. 
Please be aware that this offer is not open to Council Tenants as Colchester Borough Homes has its own energy saving programme.
